If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to The Hunter’s Tree Caddy within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping cost both ways). All other returns due to damaged or defective product will repaired or replaced at Hunter’s Tree Caddys discretion. Call Hunter’s Tree Caddy for a return ID# at 863-412-5402. Cancelation Policy

Orders must be canceled at least 3 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.

 

Warranty Policy

The Hunter’s Tree Caddy is warranted against factory defects and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase .Products will be repaired or replaced at Hunter’s Tree Caddy discretion. Warranty does not cover abuse of any kind. THE WEAPON PULLEY AND WEAPON HANGER IS DESIGNED FOR ONE WEAPON AND ONE WEAPON ONLY [10 LBS.MAX.WEIGHT]. CADDY IS NOT TO BE USED TO SUPPORT HUMAN WEIGHT.

While the  Hunter’s Tree Caddy is designed to help the hunter and make accessing his or her accessories easier when used properly, IT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT INJURIES WILL NOT OCCUR IF NOT USED CORRECTLY AND PROPERLY. In no way is the Hunter’s Tree Caddy designed to support human weight nor is it designed to hoist more than one weapon on the weapon pulley  and it is not designed to hoist a weapon and an accessory bag at the same time. A rear heavy bag pulley system can be purchased separately.
